Spencer's community lenten services. sponsored by the Spencer Ministerial Association, will begin on Ash Wednesday, March 17th and continue every Wednesday through Lent. The services are at noon at Grace United Methodist Church. A soup and salad lunch will be served following the services. A suggested donation of $4.00 would be greatly appreciated. Each week will cover different aspects of Jesus; "I am the Bread of Life, the Light of the World, the Gate, the Good Shepherd, the Resurrection and the Life, and the Vine".

We offer a free one-line imprint with the purchase of a hard back or leather Bible/book. We charge $8.00 for a second line. We also give a free leather bookmark with a Bible purchase! (We imprint on Bibles/books purchased elsewhere for $8/line for up to two lines.)

On Eagles' Wings will give 10% off your total tally for bringing in a non-perishable food item on any Tuesday. This is offered year-round! All food items are donated to the Upper Des Moines Opportunity food pantry. The food pantry needs to be supplied all year long...not just November and December. Thanks for caring!
